Wulven Halos is a reincarnated soul. Originally, he was a scavenger, but after an unfortunate accident resulting in his death, he wound up as a dragon. He was reborn as an IceWing-NightWing hybrid and is a part of a highly noble family Halos. Cryo, his father, passed off him off as a bastard instead of revealing the true nature of his heritage, fearing what consequences the IceWing Queen would lay upon him if the truth were revealed. So, with such a damning status-though not as damning as the truth-Wulven would soon face challenge upon challenge to prove his right to greatness.

Wulven is a towering, muscular IceWing-NightWing hybrid, though his NightWing blood isn't immediately obvious. He's built exactly like an IceWing with few discrepancies, most of which aren't noticed since most dragons are focused on the height.
His main scales are a pale silvery blue, which gradually grow into a dark silvery blue at the spine, and his belly is a dull silvery white, which extends to his lower jaw. A polished silver teardrop scale sits beneath each eye, only visible up close, and his horns are dark navy gray, oddly short-for an IceWing, and triangularly shaped like the ears of a wolf. Each of his claws are serrated but dully colored dark gray, and his teeth are sharp. His mane of spikes is also oddly short-again, for an IceWing, and are the same dark silvery blue of the scales lining his spine. These spiked darken near their tips into the same dark navy gray of his horns. The tip of each 'claw' of his wings darkens into a deep blue, as are the tiny specks which dappled his silvery white wings. Wulven's arms also begin the darken from a pale silvery blue into a deep blue at the elbow, slowly growing darker till his talons look as if he'd dunked them into a bucket of IceWing blood.
Combining this odd and slightly ominous appearance with his large stature, and often cold, socially inept, and insensitive behavior, Wulven can come off as intimidating. Others have described him like a sheer ice cliff that could crumble into an avalanche any second, aa presence with a heavy, dangerous weight. This isn't helped by his poor reputation, fueled by nightmarish stories about his savageness on the battlefield-which may or may not be true, and his morbid fascinations.
Wulven possess all IceWing abilities and features, though his frost breath is unusually strong
Wulven has some NightWing abilities, though they are few. He cannot breathe fire, but he does possess the bacteria found in modern NightWings. He also possesses weakened future vision and weakened mind reading.
Wulven's future vision is weakened to the extent that it cannot manifest in prophecies, but it can still give glimpses of the future. Due to the weakened vision, his sight rarely deviates from the most likely events, so while his visions are more 'accurate', they lack the variety that give seer's unique views on possible outcomes. This is beneficial though as his future vision, which oddly seems to be ever-present, is able to give him hyper-accurate battle precognition. His powers affect not only other dragons, but places too. This allows Wulven to feel the general history of a person or area; this power is like an extremely diluted form of retrocognition, though it doesn't require touch, only being in the presence of a target.
For his weakened mind reading, he's restricted to empathy. He cannot make out solid words and thus wouldn't be able converse with another mind reader, though they would be able to talk at him. Wulven can only feel the emotions, intention, and mood, or a general target, but if he concentrates, he can pick up concepts or identities or beliefs.
