I would like to create a TempestWing IceWing hybrid as my OC.

Gender: Female
Tribe(s): Tempest / Ice
Parents: ???
Abilities: Weak frostbreath (not enough to kill, even if breathed into eyes or throat, that just temporarily paralyses the victim...if breathed anywhere else, it will just temporarily freeze said body part) Can charge and shock, but NO storm sense or enhanced senses.
Accesories: gold earrings, gold matching bracelet
Looks: Light blue underscales, dark blue scales, spikes on head, teal and light blue striped wings, actually looks like a SeaWing
Personality: strong, competitive, kind of mysterious, wants to fight, actually clever
Goals: Become at LEAST a lieutenant in the TempestWing military
Talents (do NOT get confused with abilities): Good swimmer, good with spears and darts.
