You know something I’ve noticed on this wiki? Friend groups are very common.
While our wiki is (if I do say so myself) very friendly, there are obvious groups of friends and it can be slightly... cliquey.
I want to help users make new friends and break those borders! Friendship groups are great, but who says we can’t add to those groups?
I say we get to know each other a little better!
The purpose of this event is to get users new friends, and allow the community to grow through awareness of each other!
How to Join In, and How Does It Work?
All you have to do is comment that you would like to join!
Then I’ll randomly pair you and another user together, and let you know your partner!
Then, you leave seven messages on that user’s wall, simple conversation starters like what their favourite food is, have they seen that new movie, or read that great book? What OCs do they like? What hobbies do they have? Whatever you like!
You can do this over the course of a week, one message a day, or break it up a bit!
In return, you will also get seven messages on your own wall, from a user I’ve paired with you!
This event has no deadline! If you complete your messages, feel free to keep talking to the user!
Want another partner? Just comment again, and I can give you someone else!
Do not ask personal questions (such as location, full name, age, phone number, address etc).
Feel free to keep talking!
No need to show evidence!
If you and your user aren’t getting along, that’s okay!
Try not to make your partner feel the breaking borders thread is the only reason you're talking to them. Just enjoy each other's company without bringing it up.
Hey, I'm newish. This account is maybe a month old but I finally got around to being active, yay. Since I know 0 people and I am socially awkward, I would like a partner! Hopefully one that is active often
