Appearance
He's a basic SandWing. His eyes are a light-brown color. His horns are shiny and pearly white. His scales are not as protective as other SandWings, as well as being smaller and greater in number. His wings are really big, almost like a SkyWing. His barbed part of his tail is also pretty small.
He's a really small dragon.

Personality
He is very nice in all informal scenarios. If he needs to be stern or serious, he is perfectly capable of doing so. He usually takes a very mature and passive approach to things.
Once you get to know him, he is a pretty nice and a jokester guy. He spends days researching about all kinds of topics, even on how to fight. He loves reading scrolls and sometimes writes too. He's been asked why he isn't an author or librarian, and he responds with the same answer every time: "Too boring."
He is a very sympathetic and empathetic dragon. He puts the well being of others ahead of himself as much as possible, and gets visibly upset when others are unhappy.
He is curious and imaginative, and enjoys writing and reading. He owns a vast sketchbook of dragons, ideas, random creatures, notes, and whatever else he wants.

History
Ever since he was born, Tan had an interest in nature. He took long walks, admiring dragons in the sky, the plants, and animals. He had a favorite place, which was in a closed in area, surrounded with berries. He would pick them, and plant the seeds to spread them.
As he got older, his mom, Pale, suggested he looks for a job. He didn't know what he should do. He considered how his dad was a wrestler, but due to his small and weak frame, it was probably for the best not to. His mom knew that he loved nature, so she suggested:
"Patrol Dragon"
Tan asked his mom what that was, and she said that it was where you would walk around a bunch, sometimes looking for dragons, sometimes looking for other things. He fell in love with the thought of it. He applied for the job and got hired.
At 6, his dad died from a concussion in a PWE match. This hit him hard, but was also a large factor in how he matured over the years.
When he was 10, he met Meta on a patrol. They didn't get along too well, but since Meta was lost, Tan thought it was the least he could do to help him out. They warmed up to each other over the walk and kept in touch.
Eventually, with his heightened education, he decided to start a business. A few months later, he started ATWE in PWE's name, and his father's name. He got his friend Burrower and Meta to help. As time went on, more wrestlers came, and the business slowly rose.
Since the closing of ATWE, Tan returned to patrol duty, but has bigger plans for the future.

Abilities
Ever since he was born, he was learning. Because of his readiness to learn, he is pretty intelligent. He mastered the arts of escaping, because he doesn't want to fight. This includes struggling out of choke-holds, learning methods to fly faster, and increased flexibility and agility. He also knows a bunch of fighting strategies because of his extensive time with ATWE.

Relationships
Meta: They're chill.
Burrower: His best friend and patrolling partner. They are exact opposites, but they've got each others backs. Burrower is fine with fighting, and is really sassy. But their relationships mix to make an unstoppable team. Burrower was also his co-host at ATWE.
Caftan: His cousin. Trying to figure out the relationship rip
Sunburnt: His father was a very honest and sweet man, and especially supportive of Tan. He loved his joy of education and loved his role as a patrol dragon. The loss of Sunburnt was especially hard for Tan to stomach, because of their close relationship, but he is at peace with it.
