her father was a deathwing, her mother an icewing. they met, and fell in love. typical. the two met in secret every night, for both of thier parents hated hybrids and cross-tribe breeding.
they had eggs together. well, they had an egg. nothing at all like they were expecting. shattered's father, the deathwing, was disappointed. he wanted many dragonets, not just one. but he dealt with it.
out of the egg came a little hybrid dragonet, and she was named shattered ice, a traditional two part deathwing name.

ultraviolet: shattered has the same respect for ultraviolet as she does for dawnhunter, but shattered likes to joke around with her more than she would with dawnhunter. she finds it funny to call ultraviolet "ultra violent" weather she likes it or not.
azriel: azriel and shattered ice work closely together, and have become good friends. they treat each other like siblings, and shattered often calls him her "little brother."
