Appearance[]
Sevier has scales that are mainly crimson red with gold-orange underscales. His eyes are deep brown. His wing membranes are the same gold as his underscales. His underbelly is a more pale gold, and his horns are white. The spikes on his back and tail are the same shade of red as his main scales.
He has an athletic build. He is taller and longer than normal, but still lithe and well-muscled. His wings are big, even for a SkyWing. He isn't extremely attractive, but his appearance is somewhat attractive. He doesn't wear much jewelry. He only has two accessories: a leather choker with a ruby leaf-shaped charm, and his armor if he wears it.
Personality[]
Sevier is definitely insecure. He grew up with two siblings who would tease him, and he developed some serious self-esteem issues after some of their teasing felt a little too true. He tends to think he's ugly, dumb, and amnoying, but really, he's not. One thing he is is easily distracted. There's so much going on in his head that he doesn't stick to a single idea for long.
Sevier is also too trusting. He accepts people for who they are, but sometimes he sees too much of the good, and he doesn't realize it when his "friends" are actually bad dragons. He's overly confident in his friends, and he trusts them wholeheartedly. He also will listen to all of his friends' advice, and sometimes this leads him in a bad direction.
Despite his flaws, Sevier has a good personality. He is loyal to his tribe, friends, and family. He loves spending time with his parents and other family, but not his siblings. He likes to have something to do, even if it is just talking or flying. He likes going down by the ocean and climbing up the cliffs. He also loves exploring the mountains nearby. Sevier is smart and likes to be challenged. He has a short attention span. He can be overwhelming, with his enthusiasm and energy.
Overall, Sevier can be summed up as a sweet, energetic dragon who tries his best. He may not always be the most confident, and he may not pick the best friends, but he does his best to lead a good life.
Backstory[]
Sevier was born and raised in the Sky Kingdom. He had loving parents and two older siblings. However, his parents were often busy working for Queen Scarlet. Autumn was a cook, and October was a guard. They tried to be there for him, but Sevier spent many of his early years in the wingery instead of being home with his parents.
Sevier was sort of popular for his sweet personality and energy, but he was content to follow the crowd and do whatever his friends did. His closest friend at the time was Cinder, a reckless and hotheaded dragonet. Cinder was the most popular dragon in the wingery, and she always had fun ideas. Sevier, Cinder, and another dragonet named Peak were best friends for many years. They even stayed friends in the school that they wenr to, and Sevier was happy.
Around the time he left the wingery, Sevier's siblings started to tease him a lot. Sometimes he ignored them, but their insults made an impression on him that would leave scars for his whole life. Sevier actually struggled with some depression while he attended school, but he pressed on and tried his best to stay happy.
Cinder and Peak were his best friends until they were four. By that time, his parents had noticed how bad of an influence Sevier's friends were on his life. They encouraged him to find new friends, so he did. He met a sweet dragonet named Flicker, and he also made friends with several other dragonets in his class. Cinder and Peak slowly left his life, and their bad decisions went with them.
Sevier and Flicker stayed best friends for a long time. Flicker helped Sevier deal with some of his depression and anxiety, while Sevier helped Flicker be more social and outgoing. They made a great pair. After they graduated, both of them went to train as soldiers. By this time, Ruby was already queen, and Sevier was excited to work for her. Flicker and Sevier went through training together, and they were placed in the same battalion. They were thrilled, and they happily did soldier stuff together.
When he turned nine years old, Sevier realized that he was falling in love with Flicker. He was scared to admit his feelings, but eventually she realized and asked him about it. Sevier told Flicker how he felt. Unfortunately, she didn't feel the same. But with time, they repaired the friendship. Sevier and Flicker are happy best friends again, and they both work at a northern outpost, keeping watch to protect the kingdom.

Relationships[]
Autumn: Sevier likes spending time with his mother, and they both like similar things. Autumn is nurturing and kind, and it was thanks to her that Sevier realized his froends were a bad influence.
October: His father has been a mentor of sorts for years, teaching Sevier everything he knows. They get along well, although occasionally they butt heads.
September: September is very self-centered and narcisstic, and Seivier hates that. His older sister thinks that the world revolves around her, and thus barely acknowledges her younger brother except to tease him.
Pigeon: For a while, her and his older brother got along okay. Then, when Pigeon came back from a year of Jade Mountain Academy, the brothers started fighting more often. They don't get along very well.
Cinder: For a while, they were good friends. Sevier didn't notice how bad of an influence Cinder was until his mother pointed it out, and they don't talk anymore. Cinder encouraged Sevier to do some things he regrets, and after they stopped being friends, he realized that she hadn't made a very positive impact on his life.
Peak: Sevier's relationship with Peak is much like his relationship with Cinder. They don't talk anymore, but occasionally they cross paths in the barracks.
Flicker: Flicker and Sevier have been friends since they were four years old. For a while, they were only best friends, but Sevier eventually fell for the kind, caring dragon, and she didn't feel the same. They were able to fix their friendship, and now they're best friends serving in the same battalion.
