Quenby has a confident and extroverted attitude overall. She is rather cheerful and optimistic at most times. However, she has a no-nonsense attitude. She has no problem standing for what she thinks is right and voicing her opinions either. She's very straightforward to everyone. She is seen as a role-model by dragons of all tribes for her belief that no dragon should change themselves and that they are the best no matter what they look like, their personality and what other people say.

Quenby's origins date a long way back...
Although one dragonet was a MudWing and the other a MortarWing, Hollow and White-Onyx were each other's escape. White-Onyx was blind, her eyes vast and empty like the midnight sky. Hollow's held stars, and with the words she weaved, she filled stars in White-Onyx's eyes as well - she became the latter's eyes.
However, the duo weren't able to be together all the time.
Without Hollow by her side, the daily bullying White-Onyx went through became unbearable. The others turned a blind eye to her needs, her desperation for help.
White-Onyx couldn't hold on and she gave in to grasp of death, killing herself.
Hollow was mortified when she came to know about White-Onyx's death, her only memoir of the latter a drawing she'd made colored in shades of pink and black. They were White-Onyx's favorite colors, the colors she dreamed herself to be. On the backside she wrote about the MortarWing and how she'd been wronged by the world. It became her prized possession.
Although Hollow died, her words didn't. For the piece of paper found its way to the talon of a NightWing named Pleione. Pleione was mesmerized by the story. She wanted to honor White-Onyx in some way. Being a potter and an animus, she created a clay statue and painted it in pink and black. The statue looked exactly like the drawing of the MortarWing but with a few touches of Pleione's own.
Pleione enchanted it to life and gave it a personality. She knew that her tribute to White-Onyx would be satisfactory as this was a dragon who would show others the kindness White-Onyx desperately needed in her life. This was a dtagon every dragon could look up to.
