Appearance
Opel is long and lean, with a whip thin tail tail, and is quite thin, with sharp features and . . . well, really sharp everything.
Opal is usually a quiet lavender, a color that absolutely never matches her mood, with a bright, eye-ball scorching teal underbelly, face, and ruff, with blood red claws and spines.
These bright colors usually distract dragons from the fury etched permanently into her face and keep the dragons who would otherwise recognize her from recognizing her, as her natural resting colors are pure red and black, but for the school, she picked colors that wld disguise her features.
She has pure ivory wings dapples with multi-colored spots that never change color.
Her wings usually are tucked down, but when they aren't, they are usually whacking you in the face, as she fluffs them out when she is more furious than usual. She has a long, elegant ruff and a long, lovely tail. Opal has long, LONG claws that are wickedly curved and hacked into perfect knife-like points. And (Currently) in WLS, Opal is wearing Clover's magical amulet. She can also occasionally be seen wearing a crown of dead flowers, though not often since that would probably trigger some memories for those who know her.
Personality
REVAMP
Opal, on the outside is like most other RainWings. Well at least he acts like it when around adults, especially the DoD. She is quiet and acts a bit lazy, but when you go beyond that, another dragon appears in front of you.
She hates the fact that Glory is queen and would rather sneak back into the rainforest, kill Glory, and take back the throne, but she knows she can't do it alone. She knows she needs allies. She usually won’t talk or associate with you unless she thinks you are useful to her plans.
Opal doesn't like most dragons, unless they are the most cruel, evil, rude dragons in the world. She tends to be quite the thief and doesn't like to give things back. She likes to throw things, so if she is in a bad mood, GET FAR AWAY!
Opal can be quite manipulative when she wants to be, putting on a fake sweet persona when I reality she is plotting your eventual doom. She is haughty and proud, and thinks that she deserves the world.

Appearances
When Lightning Strikes... - Opal appears in When Lightning Strikes when Seal and Oceanic and Clover get sent to detention and Oceanic mistakingly thinks that Opal's name is Apple. Opal proceeds to steal Clover's necklace and wear it around her neck. Later when they are escaping, Opal offers to help, but Clover declines persistently. Opal then shouts "Next time you see me, I will be queen!", hinting at her objection to be the RainWing queen.
Queen Of Flames - Piggyxl has confirmed that Opal WILL appear in this book and likely be a major character! Thank you!!!!
