Lava is a dark red seawing/skywing hybrid with green eyes, light red fins and spots.
Biography[]
Lavas egg was kept a secret and was hidden at the Diamond Spray Delta, when she hatched she was taken to the Deep Palace by her father, Swordfish, who was a Seawing, because she looked more like one.
Years later she was put into a private school and met her clawmates Blizzard, and Sharpteeth, and her teachers Peach and Storyteller.
Years later a group of Skywings working for Sky-Line notice Lava and Sharpteeth on their way to the private school, and try to attack them.
On her first day in Jade mountain she meets her clawmate, Ranger. When she helps Blizzard find Sharpteeth they run into a Skywing named Jasper, he begins making fun of Ranger when he gets in trouble when Fatespeaker sees him. Jasper calls Lava 'Interesting' because of her red scales. She goes to the prey center and complains about being in a cave with so many dragons. She then meets Durian and Marine and is afraid they wont like her because of her scales.
A year later Skywings attack Jade Mountain and Lava gets captured, she wakes up in a glass tank with a roof and filled with water, she finds out that shes located under the mountain where the dragonets of destiny were raised and its being used for a secret place to show odd looking dragons to Skywings, since some dragons believe the arena was boring. Some other hybrids like a Icewing/Seawing hybrid named North explained why she was here and what happens to dragons that Skywings are 'bored' of. The next day she witnessed him being killed. Three days later Marine and Durian find her in her dreams using a dreamvisitor and help her escape. On her escape she finds Norths head on a caves wall.
Four days after her escape Sky-line attacks Jade mountain again and holds Ranger captive in a cave thats about to collapse. Lava kills Sky-line after Sharpteeth removes her animus necklace. She feels horribly guilty when Sky-line reveals her as her mother.
During the many years at Jade Academy she noticed Marine is giving her the most attention and on their final year he tells her he loves her, making her become a princess.
