Darkling has royal blue eyes and mostly yellow and black scales with black horns and black mouth and tounge.
Darkling is usually clumsy. Beatrix usually likes to recall the time that when Darkling was a newly hatched dragonet, she tripped and fell on her face without using her wings, although it makes Darkling embarrassed every time she mentions it. Still, she made a deal with her mother that every time Beatrix mentions her tripping at that time, she has to give Darkling a cookie.
Darkling hatched as the princess of Bloodworm Hive to its rulers, Beatrix and Goliath.

Lady/Queen Beatrix: She dearly loves her mother, even all those cookies she gives her when she accidentally mentions her tripping as a newly hatched dragonet.
Goliath: She loves her father dearly and thinks of him as a great king.
Lord Dagger: She thinks that Dagger being a tribrid is awesome that he has the power of three different tribes.
Lady Honeybee: She thinks that she's lucky to have lots of children while she has a few other siblings. Begins to feel a little jealous that she doesn't have much siblings.
