Hecate is a DeathWing that has been exiled due to the extensive and horrifying crimes that she has committed over the course of most of her life (about 10 years). She is one of the rare murderous DeathWings out there as DeathWings are mostly known as peaceful and neutral tribes. She is responsible for incidents of multiple murder chains as well as some genocides that span across multiple tribes, not just DeathWings. Her name was formerly Crow Shriek, but after she was exiled, she changed her name to Hecate as a sign of defiance.
Hecate looks like your average DeathWing. She has blood red eyes that glow in the dark (due to the tapetum layer in her eyes that all DeathWings have) and an exo(heh)cranium adorning her head. Her exocranium is fairly scarred with several deep scratches on it, received by Hecate when battling her victims.
She is surprisingly small in size, although this isn't necessarily out of the blue when it comes to DeathWings - the tribe is known for it's members to have average to smaller builds than other dragon tribes. However, she is surprisingly strong for a DeathWing, being well muscled from exercising frequently and you know, her profession. Her wings are also slightly more well developed than others' because she uses them more often.
Hecate's thin, almost translucent scales are a dark gray in color, but not the darkest gray by any means. Her underscales and wing membranes are a slightly paler gray in color. Her horns, spines and exocranium are a moon white in color, but have become slightly yellowish over the years. The corrosive vapor that she exhales is a black color and is more potent than other DeathWings', but this could be due to her parents also having slightly stronger corrosive vapor.

Physical
Speed - 10/10
Strength - 7/10
Jaw Strength - 9/10
Dexterity - 10/10
Five Senses - 7/10
Given a DeathWing's naturally small build, Hecate is naturally fast and agile, as well as dexterous. Her thin scales accompanied by her petite size gives her the extra advantage of being able to slip out of any enemy's grasp, no mater how good their grip is. DeathWings are also naturally flexible, and are adept at living at rocky cliffs, and Hecate is no exception. She navigates difficult, rocky and steep landscapes with ease, which proves useful when she's chasing someone or trying to escape as normal dragons are usually too heavily plated/armored or slow to follow/run.
However, her strength is still lacking in some places. Even if she is more muscled than the average DeathWing, her strength pales in comparison to a normal SkyWing. Her strongest blows would barely scratch a MudWing. Therefore she focuses her blows not on how strong they are but on critical points like pressure points and vulnerable spots, so that even her glancing blows feel sharp and painful as if she had put much strength into the blow. This gives her enemies the illusion that she is stronger that she actually is.
While her physical strength isn't the strongest, her jaw strength is actually fairly good. She can snap a dragons neck with ease. Her grip on a limb with her jaw is bone-crushingly painful. Then of course, there's her five senses. While her eyesight and hearing is impeccable, her sense of smell is more weakly developed, and she doesn't give much care to the senses of taste and touch as she feels they would be useless in battle, leading them to being fairly underdeveloped and underused. Finally, the DeathWing's greatest weapon - corrosive vapour. Hecate's vapour is especially powerful (a family trait), with a small exhalation causing a dragon's scales to melt completely, leaving them in crazed agony. She often uses this weapon to finish opponents off after weakening them with critical and glancing blows.
Mental
Intelligence - 10/10
Problem solving skills - 9/10
Battle knowledge - 10/10
Hecate is naturally clever and observant. Whenever encountering a new dragon, she infers many details from the few words/actions they say, as she is a master at interpreting body language and has a good understanding of psychology. She stores all these observations in neat organized stacks in her mind, and it is especially jarring that she can manage to voice aloud others' fears and insecurities which petrifies them. Of course, she also uses this intelligence to play mind games to mentally torture her victims.
She also has good problem solving skills. Whenever facing an impossible situation in battle, she usually manages to find a way to resolve/escape it, frustrating her enemies greatly.
It should come as no surprise that she has an exceptionally good knowledge of battle, and especially dragon anatomy. As a dragonet, she memorized every single pressure point, vital artery and vulnerable spots on a dragon's body that she can hit. She also has many clever battle tricks she often pulls on her enemies.

Orca (Harpytoe)
Status: Neutral
Orca once had swam over to DeathWing territory and encountered Hecate. They talked for a while and Hecate considered killing her several times for fun but decided not to and let her go without injuries.
