Personality[]
Goldfinch is a cheery, bouncy SkyWing. She is renowned for her ability to see both sides of the story. However, Goldfinch is also extremely sensitive and very irritable, making her a little annoying to be around. She is also extremely intense and hardworking.
Appearance[]
Goldfinch is a light orange-gold colour. She has amber eyes and a teardrop crystal earring in both of her ears - the only clue to her heritage. She is elegant and lithe, a little on the wiry side, and she has a long scar on her wing.
Songs That She Wrote[]
Although Goldfinch is a junior Claw, she is also fascinated with singing. She wrote several songs, some of which are sung during events in the Claws.

Backstory[]
Goldfinch was hatched in the Sky Kingdom, but she was carried away by her mother when she was one year old. They settled in Possibility, where they joined Goldfinch's father.
Being a wealthy aristocrat, Goldfinch's father owned a large inn in the centre of Possibility. A lush garden oasis surrounded it, and there was even a fountain, which Goldfinch tried to paint on her second birthday.
Goldfinch grew up in relative comfort. However, on her fifth birthday, she was going shopping with some of her friends and spotted a few SandWings and SkyWings huddled close together, conversing intensely. Curious, Goldfinch found out that they were talking about the Scorpion's Claws.
Intrigued, Goldfinch tried to learn as much as she could about the Claws. She learned that they were devoted to protecting dragons who couldn't protect themselves. Although she had been an aspiring student in Jade Mountain Academy, Goldfinch decided that she would much rather be a Claw.
She left home to seek out the Claws. Eventually, she successfully found them in the Claws of the Clouds Mountains, not too far from Jade Mountain. After a week of begging and proving her worthiness, Typha - the leader - consented and made her a junior.
Currently, Goldfinch tries as hard as she can at showing that she is not worthless and that she is a valuable member of the Claws.
