Introduction[]
Francis is bisexual, male human living in Wolfpine City where he attends a military academy. Francis is estranged from most of his family (having a bad relationship with his mother) and currently is in a relationship with Fletcher.
Appearance[]
Francis is a male human of average height (around 5’9’’) with pale skin and a face dotted with freckles. His hair is genetically brown like his mother’s, but he proceeds to bleach and dye it due to his dislike of the natural shade. Francis has light blue eyes, and his hair is typically combed but still messy. Formerly it was curly, and then cut off entirely when some of his classmates pranked him.
Francis has tattoos of varying shapes across his chest and arms, which he displays proudly, much to his mother’s displeasure. Francis wears round-framed glasses, and has a small scar on his forehead as the result of chaos he caused as a child. He often wears shirt-sleeve shirts without the sleeves.
Francis is not very muscular, and he’s rather scrawny. Between his shorter stature and lack of physical strength, Francis relies on his wits and charm to get him out of trouble (which they don’t).
Personality[]
Francis has always been known to be a magnet for chaos and ruin. It’s what initially got him sent away from home. He’s chaotic and mischievous, enjoying the thrill of blowing something up, or watching the turmoil unfold. He’s rebellious and has a passionate hate for rules and discipline, which he often shows by his blatant disregard for policies.
Francis is creative, and very good at planning. He enjoys planning pranks for his friends, as well as plotting escapes from military school. Francis is cunning and charismatic, often attempting to talk his way out of trouble when he gets into it. He isn’t usually successful, which often results in him getting beat up by whoever he pissed off. He’s used to losing, but is so determined he doesn’t care anymore. Hardly anything can keep him down. Francis is incredibly loyal, and sticks around if you treat him with respect.
As Fletcher often points out, Francis doesn’t know when to shut up. He always has a comment, or has to pitch and make a contribution. He ends up regularly insulting people, only adding to the general dislike of him. He also argues aggressively, and has been told he should become a lawyer.

Abilities/Weaknesses[]
Abilities[]
Planning: Francis possesses the ability to plan, though he doesn’t plan for the future. He enjoys making complex plans, either to escape military school or to prank someone.
Talented Lier: Francis has learned how to lie and say exactly what people want to hear, making them think he’ll never do something again. Only to literally do it again.
Weaknesses[]
Pride: Francis is very prideful in himself and dislikes having his pride insulted. He often gets into fights to defend his honor, or the honor of the people he cares about.
Lack Of Physical Strength: Due to being rather weak, Francis often loses the fights he gets into and he regrets getting injured and putting strain on Fletch, who’s usually responsible for taking care of him.
Relationships[]
Father[]
Francis’s father always somewhat disapproved of his mother’s intense teaching methods. Despite siding with his son very often, Francis’s dad was still frequently disappointed in him. Francis’s father was also rather indifferent to who Francis dated, and treated Fletcher decently. Francis’s father did agree to send him to the military academy (though that was mostly because Francis had just burnt their shed down).
Fletcher[]
Boyfriends!!
Francis and Fletcher enjoy playing by their own rules together, and causing chaos. Fletcher is a weaponsmith for Wolfpine City, and is regarded as one of the best. Francis often gets his materials for pranks from Fletch, who has been banned from the military school’s campus. Fletch was one of the first positive experiences Francis had with someone his age outside of his family, as most people he knew strongly disliked him. Fletcher and Francis grew closer and Fletch often offers Francis places to stay when he needs a break from Military school.
Francis considers Fletch his best friend and partner both in life and crime. He cut contact off with his mother when he found out she didn’t approve of Fletch, as nice as Fletch was to her. Francis’s mother still thought Fletch was a delinquent and Francis would often retort with: “and I’m not?”
Malcolm[]
Malcolm looks up to Francis, and is easily Francis’s favorite relative. Malcolm and Francis are pen-pals, and communicate over the long distances. Francis is always happy to listen to Malcolm complain about their mom, and how he was grounded again. Francis has tried to turn Malcolm against their mother multiple times, but stopped after realizing he didn’t want to ruin someone else’s relationship. The first time Francis escaped military school, he sought out Malcolm, who hid him in the backyard and supplied him with food.
Malcolm swore he would never reveal that Francis was home, but he did because his mother intimidated him into giving up that information. He constantly apologized to Francis in letters, and Francis couldn’t stay mad at him.
Mother[]
Francis and his mother have a terrible relationship. Francis describes his mother as a jailer and him the prisoner. He felt like she was a constant presence looming over his life, making it impossible for him to do anything independently. He took to sneaking off or out of the house, and was fond of things he shouldn’t do. He grew to hate strict rules, though he never followed them anyway.
Francis despised his mother more when he found out she didn’t like Fletcher. She didn’t have a problem with Fletcher being male, but she did have a problem with his checkered history, and the fact that she thought he wasn’t good enough for Francis. Francis ignored her, after all, she couldn’t do anything to him. In their arguments over Fletch, Francis would often bring up: “if you care so much why did you send me away?!” To which his mother often avoided an actual reply.
She won’t admit it, but she did miss Francis. She always regretted that she made Francis despise her as much as he did, but some part of her also thought that he deserved it. She disliked how much time Malcolm spent with Francis, thinking that it would result in Malcolm turning out like Francis.
