Flicker is a commoner living on the edges of the Royal Capital of the SkyWing Kingdom. He mainly works as a candle maker but he also dabble in metallurgy and enjoys making all kinds of lanterns.

Flicker has a few burn marks on his front talons, but they're usually covered by a set of dark brown leather gloves. He also wears a white apron-like cloth which hangs from around his neck and covers his chest.

Flare - Positive[]
Flare is his long lost nearly identical brother. Flicker didn't even know he had a sibling, though his weakness and name should've pointed him towards the truth he wanted to deny-which was probably why he never realized consciously. Flare contacted him, saying how he was looking for leftover family after his died in the SandWing Succession. Flare introduced himself as a soldier, though he did a lot less fighting nowadays. They got along like a house on fire despite their differences. They're curious dynamic often confused others, as Flare who was effectively identical outside of the greater muscle mass and scars, was all fiery personality and incredibly charismatic though quite childish, while Flicker was meek and withdrawn, often minding himself and moving with a purpose.
Ave - Negative[]
Ave was the butcher that sometimes visited the edge of the city to trade. They've talked a few times but Flicker never likes the dragoness. Her personality grated on his nerves, and while he was usually a doormat-he knows he is-the butcher made him want to rake her face. The way she talks to others, and always insists on having the last words and throwing jokes at others just seems more malicious than genuine, but no one else seems to be bothered besides himself. However, he refused to take her jabs, and was often suspicious when she did odd things. Hints seems to point to a more unsettling and sinister truth, and ultimately Flicker's sharp wit led to his end.

Trivia[]
- Weak flames are actually due to the fact he was born with a twin, however their case of flamescales wasn't as severe, so he wasn't completely fireless, and his twin wasn't a full flamescales.
