Lady Firefly was an adult female WorkWing. She with her future partner Copper worked on a way to create permanent lighting with glass and flamesilk. Eventually in 3,196 AS they created the light bulb with a suffice container and glow flamesilk. They were infamous for such a creation eventually rising to nobility. They would be engaged 2 years later.
Appearance[]
Firefly had gold-orange scales and was small. She had green underscales and gray horns.
Personality[]
Firefly is dedicated, determined, and kind. She can sometimes get frustrated when stumped, though otherwise doesn't tend to exert negative emotions often. She wishes she had all the time of the world to make all of Pantala's wonders and was very curious, asking many questions.
Biography[]
Firefly and Copper went to the same multi-Pantalan school, eventually becoming best friends. They originally had making a light source as a school project, a design winning them the highest grade. Eventually after being separated and uniting, they would continue their dream and try to make permanently lighting. They'd already figured out to use flamesilk and some sort of glass container, though didn't know what glass to use that wouldn't block the glow or melt. Glow flamesilk wasn't documented, Copper's flamesilk, so Firefly assumed the container needed to be fireproof. Though she would be stumped trying to balance the two qualities, taking a break in frustration.
When her peer returned with his flamesilk working with the 3rd glass container, she was ecstatic, refining the glass until an equal balance was held. The two submitted and patented their work in 3,193 AS, beginning to be distributed all over Pantala. Despite possibly gaining enough money to completely fuel their tribes, they made their work free, taking nobility for their family along with payments attached to the title as enough.
Within 2 years, Firefly would propose to Copper on a brightest night, getting married. A few years later they would have 3 hybrid offspring.

Firefly was featured in the Hall of Records. She and Copper were noted as the creators of permanent lighting, displaying their troubles, success, future and year of death.

Firefly and Copper were best friends in their multi-tribal academy, working on their final for their science class. They would graduate and return to their tribe, meeting again around 3,190 AS. They'd continue their original design, eventually finding permanent lighting.
Firefly loved Copper's care for her and wished the project would work for his sake. She found him alluring and uplifting in tough times. She proposed to him 2 years after their discovery, having 3 children.
