Appearance
Compass is a tan SandWing with a lighter belly and darker wings. her horns and claws are a light brown. She has a black four-point star on her forehead, and black stars going down her side, like Blister's. Her eyes are black with shiny silver orbs inside of them. She wears a gold earring in her right ear and a necklace with a bit of Skyfire at the end. She also has a scar across her left eye, from a nasty attack with some IceWings.
Personality
Compass loves to travel and explore. She loves to learn about the world and help others. Her sixth sense is direction. She likes to mark out her own maps when traveling. She can get cranky after she has been in one place for a long time but still hs hankerings to return home to the Scorpion Den. She can get VERY GRUMPY, and tends to lash out angrily, and say words that would make it into Thorn's vocabulary.
History
Compass was born in the Scorpion Den, Her father left before she was hatched, and her mother died from a disease when she was one. She grew up learning that she had to fight to get food, a warm den, or water. When she was seven, she decided she wouldn't live this life and left. She had a calling to explore the world. She carries a portable den made of juniper wood, cow pelt and leather, and some colorful carpets. On the cow leather, she likes to draw interesting places she has been to tell the story of her life. So far, she has traveled through the desert, to Jade Mountain, to the Sky Kingdom. She tends to travel on foot than in the air, her excuse is because some stuff is blocked out by trees or clouds and it gives her a higher chance of discovering something new that even the NightWings don't know of. One day, she did. Compass found a giant black rock in the desert, she chipped off a peace, at put it in a necklace, little did she know, it was Skyfire.
