Fair-Well. Named for her pale complexion and her composed and orderly nature. Although truth be told she's good at hiding her worry and stress. Being the queen of her tribe for 2 years brought a lot upon her especially taking the place of the previously blood covered king.
She's yet to grow used to her own title or yet all of the provisions she needs to do. And it doesn't help that she's always distracted by a mysterious magic dragon who won't stop coming by her window.
Appearance:
- White tail deer inspired
- literally the most normal mortar imaginable
- small horns, black and cream markings, hazel eyes, spot in the middle of her forehead
- floral fabrics in green
- adorned in bells to represent her musical past
- gold chains too
- you can hear her coming
- shorter pelt and mane, keeps it cleaned up and tied back
Personality:
- she is a mess
- isn't as mature as what she should be
- but is skilled in acting the part
- due to her innocence and idealism, she was a perfect canidate to return order back to the MortarWings or to how it was before Blood-Stone.
- She believes heavily in her tribes culture and beliefs and will defned it to her last breath but thinks it wouldn't hurt to take in some modern techinques to help keep it alive for many centuries longer.
- she is extreme secretive and has a bad habit of not telling others things that she should
- this is especially shown in the fact that no one knows that she has a lover.
- a virtuoso through and through, can't play anything but recognizes the stuff and the artistry of music
- Shes screaming internally all of the time
- She doesn't think she's successful and is stressed out
- She genuinely didn't thing she was to be chosen for monarch and was NOT ready for this

Backstory
- her first foray into the public eye was her time as street musician. she tried multitude of instruments but none of them bonded with her so she relented and stopped. but does keep her musical knowledge in mind
- her second foray was her time in the talons of peace, working behind the scenes to promote revolutionary philosophies to the public and assisting with tribal relations during the watr
- she was given the full work load qt the good age of 12 dy
- she was chosen because for her trial she became a diplomat for the tribes they afflicted and built a agreement with them to make uo for their imperialism
- She has done a lot with diplomacy as she created the sorry for trying to fight you repetitions. She also has been reinstating the jarls and personally visiting them to see how things have been going now they all returned. Also went out of her way to encourage the arts revolution by patronizing and opening more locals for presentation slash galleries
- disaster! she was not built for how prim she needed to be
- but on her journies through her lands to meet with common folk when she was first ordained, she got separated from her guard in the Abyssal Clan's forest.
- there she met a dragon who used magic to lead her back to whete she needed to go
- the stranger never told her her own name but with their conversation left a massive impression upon Fair-Well
- and then Fair-Well thought that the stanger was flirting with her
- crises of identity occurs!
- edventally in her stay with Abyssal clan she finds the mysterious stranger again on a cliff on a cloudy overcast to view the sea
- the animus said her name was Rigid-Ebony and thought it was odd that the empress would get lost and Fair-Well gave a silly response to jt
- the two kept chatting until the sky grew heavy with storm and Rigid-Ebony says something along the lines of: don't worry about going back by yourself, you won't always be alone in these forests and gave her a solemn smile
- so Rigid-Ebony was definitely flirting with her and dear she say, yeah she was definitely taking it
- insert meeting up in the forest multiple times and getting to know eachother
- They're not official but they definitely do have feelings for eachother as they've spent mkre time with eachother
