› Personality ‹

Adventurous, reckless and free-spirited.

All of traits of an adventurer, he seeks danger wherever he goes and following at his heels, the rest of the crew. Being a pirate is Desi's dream come true and the occupation suits him well. The SeaWing has an uncontrollable lust for adventure, almost to a concerning point. He goes out of his way to cure his easy-to-bore behavior through the endless adventures of pirates. Who would've known that this ecstatic and curious being had come from such a simple island of business. It seems someone like that only comes once in a lifetime, as rare as a shooting star.

A pirate he may be, Desi is perhaps one of the friendliest of them all, although he wouldn't be considered sensible. Since he kind of seeks great peril as an occupation. In the heat of the moment, one could say he's gallant, bravery is kind of his thing. Probably due to his dangerous hobby of exploring deep, breathtaking caverns and hanging out with pirates for a living. Desi seems to desire finding a special someone in his life and for one, find a cure to his easy-to-bore condition.

On most occasions, he may come off as sarcastic, or playfully annoying depending on who it is. His sarcasm seems to mix in with his exaggeration of most things as well as a possible dark side to him. While mostly friendly, this being here loves violence, a good sword fight now and again to get the blood pumping. Anything to do with peril, he's in and if you are to say no to him, he'll still come anyway. A persistent and stubborn creature Desi is, words couldn't have rung more true.

The SeaWing seems to have a craving for sweets or anything sugary, it just has a nice feeling on his tongue. Touching smooth things seems to be somewhere at the top of his favorites list as well. Just the feeling of it between his talons makes his scales tingle in a way he likes. Desi seems to have a competitive spirit mixed in with his wanderlust and need to search for peril. Often times he'd enter competitions or find anything that is between two dragons a chance to prove himself.

He seems to lack self-worth in the crew, usually thinking himself useless to the others, for the only use of himself is through marine biology information. That's all. Really, Desi wants to find something that'll prove to them that he's just as useful as the others. This often leads to him putting unnecessary pressure on himself or do needlessly reckless tasks to prove his point.

› Appearance ‹

SeaWings have been known to be only shades of blue, green, purple, and occasionally orange and pink here and there. In truth, Desi isn't much different from the rest of his tribe. Having mainscales that are light shade of blue in color. They ripple down his scales like jewels, though they are sometimes disturbed by big pools of black, like spilt ink. A reckless and mischievous look is always flickering in his eyes, thirsting for adventure.

A somewhat smooth and transparent sail goes down his back, only a bit rigid. In color, it's a darker blue compared to his mainscales. This sail also seems to shape the end of his tail as well, which can easily be compared to the likes of a generic fish. Though, honestly, that doesn't sound as impressive as it looks. Desi's underbelly runs into his mainscales, breaking away from the shades of blue with a cheerful orange-red. Much like the rest of his scales, smaller black splotches can be seen here and there.

The SeaWing's wings are usually folded across his back, and are often not used unless necessary. In similar fashion of his sail, Desi's wings are transparent (although not fully, much like his sail) blue. It appears the same color as his sail, though it seems to shift different shades of blue in various lightings. Though it's not very surprising, he also drags along a rather thick tail. He stands on rather short legs, ending in webbed talons that are somewhat silver in color.

Hints of a sky blue can be seen upon the top of his head and around the top of his snout. Small arcs of white, almost like scars, curving over his brow and underneath it. Desi's head is a much lighter color compared to the deeper sky blues on his body. Not only that, but it is considerably blocky, similar to the likes of a MudWing's snout. Short and curved black horns protrude from the back of his head, still staying close to his neck and head. Large ears with curved edges are incredibly showy, though not to an extensive amount.

His build is rather bulky and well-muscled with squared shoulders. Rather small blue eyes glitter with mischief, yet also sarcasm can be seen flickering here and there. Though considerably short in height, that doesn't matter too much.

› Biography ‹

  • pirate bro
  • was adventurous from the beginning and that clashed with the village he lived on. though now he doesn't really remember it too well, all he can say about it is that it's "a boring place with boring people."
  • the island village always was terrified of the dragons out at sea and warned all its citizens not to stray too far from the island.
  • obviously, there were some small fishing boats that would fish farther out from the island's docks, but, like mentioned before, didn't stray too far from the island. fearing pirates and sea monsters.
  • but that always seemed so cool to the young desi, who was quite literally dying from boredom. he often got in trouble for stealing one of the fishing boats and taking it out of the safe island radius.
  • in his younger years and early teenage years, he'd study and read about the sea life that lived around the island. for discovering something new always drifted his mind out of how boring the island he lived on was.
  • one day, when he was 17, it grew too much for him, this place was too boring for him so he just straight up and left.
  • you'd think someone would try and stop him from leaving, but honestly everyone was kinda tired of him being so reckless and causing trouble that they gave up. it was kinda like, "if he wants to leave the safety of this island, then let him leave."
  • he took a rickedy fishing boat and set out for adventure, one dragon against the ocean.

› Relationships ‹

for relationships, please roleplay beforehand

Herva

He's met them now and then, but doesn't have enough interaction with this certain dragon to have formed a full opinion on them. For what he's gathered, Herva seems like a nice and interesting guy who has similar interests to himself. That was when sparked his attention the most, this being has that reckless need for adventure as well. Having said that, he wants to meet up with them again and perhaps form a good bond with them. For, he believes, they'd be great friends with one another, or at least he hopes so.

Although Desi isn't quite sure why Herva is so into coffee, for he's tried some and... well it didn't taste very good. Maybe that's just because of his tongue, maybe it's just because he's just not into coffee. They seem friendly enough to accept that attribute of himself, that's what he likes about them. Desi feels this same acceptance towards the rest of their crew as well and he'd legitimately enjoy hanging out with them some more in the future.
