CandyWings with very strong glamour, animi, government officials

Description[]

They appear to have the body shape of RainWings. Most CandyWings are long and graceful. They have ruffs behind their ears just like RainWings.

Most CandyWings are shades of pink. (in rarer cases yellow, orange, lime green, or red, lime green being the rarest)

CandyWings can have brown or lemon-yellow eyes.

Their blood is red.

Colors and Markings[]

Glamour[]

The most difficult part of CandyWing life to explain. The first known records of CandyWings knowing about their own gifts was found in a scroll dated after the Second Freezing. It seems that there was an ancient war between CandyWings and an unknown tribe, prompting a CandyWing animus to enchant their entire tribe to have the ability to glamour dragons, recorded in the scroll as the "moon gift" of the CandyWings. Generation by generation passed this "moon gift" down. CandyWing civilization and culture was greatly advanced by glamours as CandyWings could look like anything they wanted to.

The government quickly passed strict laws detailed that glamours may not be used outside of warfare and making dragons who disobeyed pay heavy fines that some of them had to sell their houses to pay.

Preferences[]

Most of the queen's guard has exceptionally strong glamour. However, most of the CandyWing population has moderately strong glamour, with only a few dragons having strong glamour. The four-fifths of the CandyWing population that have moderately strong glamour can't control a dragon easily, only make them do simple actions such as ducking or picking up a ball.

Shells[]

A shell is most commonly born as the twin of a CandyWing with very strong glamour. Shells have no glamour at all but are immune to glamour, meaning a dragon with glamour cannot sense their life force at all.

Most shells are recorded in official records; however, some of them can't be found at all, with no family history. These unrecorded shells become assassins who slip unnoticed.
