Appearance
Canary is a SkyWing-RainWing hybrid. Both tribes call her a freak of nature, and after many years she began to believe them. She is a rare and unheard of tribe combination, which makes her feel even worse about herself. She is a bright canary yellow color, speckled with tiny black dots along her wings and legs. Her eyes are dark green like emerald leaves, and, they have the standard SkyWing eye ship. Oddly, her bones are almost hollow, making it quite easy for her to fly fast. Her large wings, abnormal for a RainWing, help her go even faster.
Personality
Canary is a bookish introvert. She is often compared to Moonwatcher of the NightWings by the dragonets of destiny. Canary doesn't like to boast about being friends with the dragonets from the false prophecy, but they know her from her failed registration at Jade Mountain Academy. Canary is shy around everyone, especially SkyWings and RainWings - the dragons from the tribes she comes from. They look down on her like she is a mistake, and sometimes she believes their stabbing remarks. Canary loves sun time, which makes her an oddity in the SkyWing tribe. She also loves to read and hunt prey, which makes her an outcast in the RainWing village. She often travels along routes between the two kingdoms, occasionally visiting her parents. Though her SkyWing mother and RainWing father live apart, they still write letters to one another. They try to be nice to Canary, but she knows that they also think she is a mistake. She delivers their letters like a messenger, and loves to sightsee along the way.
