Appearance
Botfly is a male adult HiveWing who has been merged with a real live botfly. He has faded gold scales mottled with black and dark gray patches along his backside. Most of his scales have fallen off to reveal flesh, and as time goes on more will rot away until he is nothing more than a dragon of flesh, blood, and bone. He has vantablack eyes with small white pupils that reflect light, and he has dark gray horns that are covered in holes. The stingers on his wrists protrude outwards through his scales and flesh, easily visible to the naked eye. His wings have several tears in them, making it harder for him to fly properly. He has a slight hunchback, his back arched in an almost threatening stance. He has small antennae that burst out from his forehead, and subtle bumps in his skin that might possibly be extra limbs yet to grow.

Personality
Despite his disturbing appearance, Botfly is far from being insane. He is usually level-headed and surprisingly calm, speaking in such a voice that has the tone of 'everything is fine'. He never talks unless prompted in some way, mostly when being interviewed by the public. He tries his best to sound as non-threatening as possible, cracking dry jokes and being harmlessly sarcastic. He finds himself daydreaming often of freedom, though he knows in his heart that he won't ever escape his prison.
However, there are negatives. If anyone tries to touch him in any way, he freaks out and threatens to sting them, lashing out in anger and fear. It takes only a minute or two for him to be back to his normal self again, and it is generally rare for anyone to even want to touch him.

History
Before the egg was even hatched, Vensuta and Olios both knew that this egg was part of something bigger. Queen Wasp had noticed the egg in her nursery, and decided to specifically choose that egg to use for her own desires. Vensuta and Olios were shocked at this news, but they knew that they could not argue with the queen's wishes. So now, they lied in wait for their firstborn to hatch, and for Queen Wasp to arrive. WIP
