Armadillo, commonly nicknamed as "Mighty", is a male, SandWing-MudWing dragonet. He was formerly a member of the Outclaws before working as a general and patroller in the Scales of Hope. He is a close friend to Ray.

Armadillo is patient, diligent and loyal. He is a purser of peace, disliking conflict especially when a peaceful resolve is easier. He is loyal to others, keeping promises and doing anything to make sure the ones he love are safe. Sometimes he can be stern and blunt, not wavering the truth even if it's brutal. He's generally a kind dragon, not generally feeling negative towards others.

- While generally Armadillo is lax, when irritated enough he can grow a short temper. While it makes his hits land easier, it can somewhat distract him, though less than Fig.

Armadillo hatched in a poor family in the Scorpion Den struggling to gain currency for food as Peyote didn't trust the Outclaws. When his sister hatched, Armadillo took it upon himself to work their market while Peyote was busy caring for Pichi. He grew to be able to look over the family and sell with modesty, refusing to lie or over-emphasize the products unless he has to. While he didn't earn as much as his peers, it was enough for Pichi and Peyote to be fed twice a week while he caught food outside the border.
Though, his actions wouldn't be underpaid, as an outclaw reported his acts to Thorn of which he was kept a close eye on. Armadillo continued to look out for other dragons, suggesting that their parents should send their dragonets to the oasis to eat and drink. He also helped save lost cattle and missing dragonets.
When he was 4, he was called up to the oasis to eventually be under mentorship as an outclaw. Despite Peyote's fear of the group, she allowed Armadillo to join. He was nicknamed "Mighty" often as to not confuse him with the older Armadillo in the same group. On a patrol, Armadillo was told to stay stationary as Tawny left to report a sighting back to the oasis. However whilst waiting, he came across a dragonet starving and dying from the heat. His heart won over his loyalty and he carried the dragonet back home.
Despite his actions, Mighty wasn't punished. However, at the time, the orphanage was getting full, Mighty had agreed to keep the dragonet, later to be known as Ray, until space opened again.
He passed his mentorship a year later and was upgraded to an Outclaw member, mostly restricted to being a patroller but occasionally would be a scout or temporary guard. He took care of Ray, teaching him how to fight and getting him used to the SandWing food. They grew close like brothers and sometimes were to be referred as such.
After a while he would return to check on his family only for Pichi to be missing and Peyote, despite being healthy and well-fed, in a demotivated mood. When asking where Pichi went, Peyote can only answer that she must've not been a great mother. When he pledged to find her, Peyote told him that it was practically impossible as she left the Scorpion Den altogether. Without having any time in the near future to go that far, Mighty agreed to hold the search off and return to his duties.
On one scouting mission, he, Ray and the older Armadillo came across Gyrfalcon and a few of the Scales of Hope members. They were at a dispute before [placeholder] and a few of Blister's troops attacked. Together, they fended them off and made them flee the scene. After, Gyr struck a deal between the Outclaws and led the Scales of Hope into the Scorpion Den. At Thorn's accepting of the short alliance, Mighty showed Gyr and the rest of the dragons to their stay where which Gyr, Mighty, and Ray had a conversation. In it, Mighty mentioned the Eye of Onyx, thinking it was a fable. Gyr confirmed it's reality and asked if he and Ray wanted to find it as well as the rest of the SandWing treasure in order to return peace to Pyrrhia. Mighty, with some suspicion however, agreed.
Whilst looking for the treasure in a former human den, they were trapped under rumble as [placeholder] bombed the den with fire. Upon further advancing through the cave, they came across Omniscience's mural. While Ray and Gyr inspected the temple, Mighty paved a way for them to escape. As they returned to the oasis, Ray gave Mighty a piece of the mural, later known to be the Claw of Time, as a present for caring for him.
He and Ray prepared and brought the Scales of Hope to help the Outclaws on their attack of the Stronghold, teaming up with Fig to attempt to reach the front. He ordered and calmed the SandWings when Peril arrived.
At the resolution of the war, Thorn wanted to instate Mighty as a close soldier but he denied the offer, stating that the Scales of Hope grew on them and he wanted to help them in repairing the world from the war. Thorn, understanding his motives, allowed him to leave but promised he always was able to return and take up the role as a fellow Outclaw at anytime.
PEYOTE 
Armadillo cares strongly for his mother, offering to run errands and get food for her and Pichi. He is very upset at her current depressed state, though he and Pichi have helped improved it over the years by making many visits.
UNNAMED MUDWING 
Armadillo holds a string animosity for his father for leaving them, being the main only thing he holds as a grudge.
PICHI
Armadillo loves his sister abundantly, wanting to ensure her safety and keep her healthy. While he was disappointed to find her in a criminal group, he was more focused on getting her a doctor to heal her leg.
RAY
Ray is a practical younger brother to Armadillo, having taken him in on a scouting mission. He will go out of his way and do anything to protect him and ensure his safety.
GYRFALCON
Armadillo and Gyr are close friends and somewhat rivals, ocassionally sparring eachother.
TAILS
Armadillo sees Tails as a sort of brother though not as strongly as Gyr does. He has connections more through Ray and Tails being close friends
FIG
Armadillo and Fig are close friends and direct rivals, often having matches against each other. Many times they work together such as with construction or scouting dangerous areas.
ROSE
After an expedition, he and Rose became close friends, he, she and Ray forming a group like Gyr, Tails and Fig. He and rose occasionally hangs around a spring, sometimes playing board games there.
THORN
Armadillo is inspired by Thorn, being enamored by her drive to help others and find her daughter.
ADDAX
Armadillo dislikes Addax's betrayal, nevertheless using a dragonet as leverage. Although he slightly understand the reasoning of why he did so, Dillo wish he went about it another way.
OTHER OUTCLAWS MEMBERS
As his peers, Armadillo views them greatly, many of whom helped train him. He occasionally helps them on his free time, usually guarding the Stronghold.
BURN, BLISTER, BLAZE
Armadillo during the war didn't see either dragons as an option, even opting for Thorn instead, which originally was a half joke prior to Sunny's arrival. He views Burn as too aggressive and reckless, Blister as uncaring and cold, and Blaze as incompetent.
