You've probably heard of Archelon before but a conversation with them lasting more than a few quick words... unlikely. They keep to themselves and their closer friends and only interact with others is they need to. Arche seems rather shy, but maybe that's just their complete silence? You can't tell, they're practically unreadable.
They avoid talking about their feelings and thoughts as much as possible. They're usually able to vent out everything by hiding little things in their drawings and hoping they'll get the message they want to send across. This, obviously, has never worked and never is going to work. Arche's insistence on trying to get others to figure out what they want to say through unspoken words has resulted in them reading into everything everyone says to them, resulting in a couple suspicions they'd never tell a soul.
Along with that, Archelon thinks that they can base how much their value is on how much people like their drawings, which hasn't worked out too well for their mental health. They know about several unhealthy behaviors they have related to judging themselves but that doesn't help them stop. Sometimes they want to stop drawing as a whole due to this but Arche has so many ideas in their head and they need a way to get them out, so they figure it'd just be easier to try and fix those behaviors rather than not draw. Every time they stop drawing they end up in a much worse place mentally, anyway.
Arche is the definition of chaotic neutral. They do whatever they want with little regard for the rules and have a hard time being responsible. They have trouble planning ahead and tend to put off things they have to do for as long as possible without getting in trouble.
Arche has very little motivation to do anything at all since they honestly think they'll just fail anyway and 'oh, it's not even worth trying, you'll just look like a fool in front of everyone' is a thought that has taken up permanent residence in their head. Arche has trouble writing and expressing themself creativity in most ways as they constantly view whatever they create as 'not enough'. At some point they just stopped caring since they knew that the voice inside their head was never going to go away and that, no matter how far they went, they'd always be a failure to themselves. This feeling always outweighs any ambitions they have, which has resulted in them barely trying to do anything new, ever.
Out of most of their other personality traits, it's very noticeable that Archelon tries their very hardest to be fair. They don't care if they have a friendship with someone. If that dragon does something terrible? It's over. Though they know this is for the best (they have trouble keeping friends as is, sometimes it feels good to be the one who cuts the other off), they still feel immense guilt whenever they see those dragons anywhere and sometimes their head tells them they need to apologize for doing what's right.
They can't stand up for themselves at all, and if they're deadnamed or misgendered they feel bad about correcting the other and usually have to rely on dragons like Indigo for help. However, the opposite is true when someone hurts their friends. Arche will hurt anyone who even tries to wrong their friends in any way and won't hesitate to call them out in front of several other dragons. They've earned a bit of a reputation for this, actually, and the fact that others are afraid of them makes them feel immensely guilty.
Archelon used to be self confident. They believed they were smart and that they'd be able to do something great one day, but that changed when they turned three. Along with a sudden change in their mentality towards school, dragons who were supposed to be their friends and family began insulting them, calling them lazy and dumb and several other things. Arche jokes about this to try and pretend it doesn't hurt but they can't forget it, no matter how hard they try.

- arche has no idea why indi wants to be their best friend. they view themselves as basically worthless and don't understand why someone as completely amazing as indigo would want anything to do with them.
- indi is literally arche's best friend, full stop. they care about indigo a lot and get extremely scared whenever they randomly disappear
- they feel a lot more comfortable around indi than any other dragon and spend all day talking to them. they'll drop whatever they're doing to hang out with indigo, usually to the annoyance of whoever arche is talking to at the time.
