You are swimming back to your house when you see something strange.

The new student, Aquamarine, is swimming with a group of orcas. Her expression is angry and vengeful, and her scales are mysteriously darker than they were in the classroom. She gets one glance at you, there's a teal flash of light, and the world goes black.

You wake up in a reef close to where your family lives. Surprisingly, Aquamarine's scales have gone back to normal, and she wears the cheerful expression on her face, the one she wears all the time. "Sorry" she says, "The Dark Side did that, not me". You hear an orca, and she goes to it and starts arguing. You silently sneak away to your house, healed of all wounds she caused you.

It sounds unbelievable, but the innocent and fun-loving Aquamarine is a spellcaster raised by orcas. Her parents died long ago, and she was raised in Pantala. The orcas taught her magic.
