Angler is an adult female SeaWing, the mother Prince Charybdis, and one of the three protagonists of The Powers That Be. She currently rules as queen of the SeaWings alongside Queen Scylla. She is an active member of Sunny's reformed Talons of Peace, a SeaWing ambassador, and the Intertribal Relations Councilmember in Queen Scylla's SeaWing Council. A year before the War of Old Vendettas, she was depatched to the Queendom of Sand and the Rainforest Queendom in attempt to diffuse the tension between the two queendoms, but ultimately failed.
Angler is under the ownership of Unique.
