Angelshark looks like a regular Seawing with a rather stocky build. She is rather large for her age, and by the looks of her, you can see she is well trained in both strength and speed, the perfect fighter.
She has sapphire blue scales with brighter blue glow stripes. She doesn't wear any jewelry, rare for a pirate. Her wings fade to a sky blue, and so does her tail and her legs. She looks like a regular Seawing, nothing that really stands out.
She keeps herself low to the ground, quiet and stalking. She never makes herself look bigger than she needs too. It's not rare for her scales to be dusty, making most dragons assume that she was poor, despite her vast amount of treasury. However, if you anger her, she will immediately rise to her full size and snarl at you until you leave.
Personality[]
"What's the point of whining if it doesn't accomplish anything?"-Angel
Although Angel is a pirate, she never is dripping in jewels. She hates treasure, thinking that it makes her seem richer and better than everyone else, instead of just another normal dragon. She prefers to keep all her earned treasure in a box, ready to give away anytime someone looks desperate for money. She's one of those dragons for "steal for good."
She's incredibly brave and protective of her friends. She will never back down from a fight, no matter how small the odds look. On the outside, she seems like the perfect hero.
Despite being the adopted child of the captain himself, she's incredibly humble and never brings up her status unless someone asks. She prefers to keep herself as normal as possible and has a low opinion of herself.
Angel's incredibly productive. Any sort of whining or complaining triggers her rage mode, where she attacks and threatens to kill you until you get moving.
However, this low self-worth is a weakness. She will be willing to sacrifice herself for every small thing, saying, "Why does it matter anyway? If I'm dead, it just helps everyone." She also will never step up to an important job, thinking she's not worthy enough.
She is also rather reckless and very protective of her beliefs and friends. Offend these things, and you'll meet her claws.
Abilities[]
Tribal powers~Regualar Seawing powers, scales glow brighter than a normal Seawing's.
Physical~She's incredibly strong and fast, a ready criminal, thief, and fighter. She's incredibly good with a knife, able to slit your throat the moment you insult something she's defensive about. Other than that, she has great stamina.
Intelligence~She has average intelligence. She occasionally makes the reckless decision, where everyone facepalms, but she usually making smarter decisions, and her reckless ones are usually for protecting her friends.
Weaknesses~She's a really bad sneaker, and has bad stealth, and has no intention to improve on it, thinking it's easier just to take everything on, head-on. Other weaknesses listed in personality.
History[]
A couple of years after Eyepatch(page WIP) decided to start the Pirates of Pyrrhia, he decided he wanted to raise two dragonets, one female and one male, to inherit all his property and take over the Pirates after his death. After years of searching, he stumbled upon two eggs, a sapphire blue one and a sky blue one sitting in a scavenger den, with scavengers trying to cook them. Eyepatch swooped in and grabbed them out, bringing them back to the ship.
A couple of days later, the blue one started rocking. The dragonet didn't bother breaking out of the egg gradually, she cracked it open with pure strength. Eyepatch immediately decided he liked her and named her Angelshark.
The other egg took his time, slowly poking one talon out, then another. Eyepatch eventually frustrated, especially after Angel's success, and smashed the egg against the wood. The egg cracked and the dragonet inside started crying and whimpering. Angel immediately squawked indignantly at the sky blue dragonet, who was named Marlin. Her instincts for hating whining came from that moment.
For the next 3 years, Angel and Marlin learned how to kill, intelligence, and everything about pirates. Angel protected Marlin from all his bullies since he was rather crippled, and Marlin never told Eyepatch about Angel giving away her treasure in return. They became close friends.
When Angel and Marlin turned 4, a band of Pantalan dragons attacked their ship, arresting Angel, Marlin, and 10 other pirates while the others fled. Eyepatch disappeared, leaving Angel and Marlin waiting for execution. After a month of watching her fellow pirates dying, she developed a hatred of Pantalan dragons.
After a year of bribing and promising to give away all her treasure, the dragons finally let Angel and Marlin go, saying that they were only dragonets, and deserved more. They traveled to Pyrrhia and rejoined some of the remaining pirates. Angel became captain, driving her crew to work, but always treating herself as a normal member of the crew. She always at least made everyone give 50% of their treasure to other dragons, and making it her goal to steal from every dragon of Pantala and distribute all the treasure to Pyrrhian dragons.
Marlin died when they were 6 after a Hivewing plunged a wrist stinger into his heart while he was on a mission. Angel nearly went insane, swearing to murder every Hivewing ever. Currently, she resides as the captain of her ship, tracking down every Hivewing and Pantalan dragon and exterminating them.
Relationships[]
Eyepatch[]
Her step-father. She sees him as more of a mentor than a father, but she does love him a little deep down for saving her. She shows hostility towards him for breaking Marlin's egg, but deep down she's already over that and is just looking for a reason to hate him.
Marlin[]
She loves him and wants to protect him from everything. Despite other's protestations that it wasn't worth it to spend time on one crippled dragonet, she disagrees and shoves all those dragons back.
Any other dragons[]
She is neutral to them all unless they are Pantalan. She likes to give away her treasure to them, even if they don't need it. She does sort of hate royalty though, thinking that they were arrogant jerks who thought they were better than everyone else.
