It was a perfect day in beach city. Steven was eating a hot dog, fresh off the grill.

"What is that?" Peridot asked from nearby.

"Oh! I'm just eating a hot dog. Do you want one?"

Peridot gave Steven the look that clearly meant, "Why would I put that in my digestive system?"

Suddenly Pearl called from behind Steven. "Steven! We have a mission!"

Steven jumped right on over to Pearl. "Well, that must be a yes. Peridot, will you come too?"

Peridot stood up. "I suppose, mostly because I'm a crystal gem now." Peridot got her tape deck out and began continuously replaying the word, Claud. Garnet and Amethyst were waiting for Steven and Peridot at the warp pad.

"Why don't you warp us, Peridot?" Steven suggested.

"NO!" She yelled. "I don't even know where we're warping!"

Steven sighed. Garnet patted her hand on Steven's head.

"Maybe she'll warp us back!" Garnet suggested.

"Alright! Let's get going!" Amethyst demanded.

"Alright." Garnet said, as the warp beam surrounded the gems. They emerged in the world warp.

"Oh. This place." Peridot grunted. "What are we going to do here? Wait, are we finding my limb enhancers!" Peridot gasped, "What are we waiting for, let's find them!"

"That's not what we're here to do." Garnet interrupted. "I've chased a gem monster here, but it found a warp pad that wasn't actually broken." Pearl covered her mouth. "You mean that something, even an enemy, could've been warping here?" Garnet looked at Peal.

"Yes." Peridot stepped in between Garnet and Pearl. "I don't intend to interrupt, but shouldn't we stop that monster?" Garnet lifted Peridot up.

"Yes" she said, carrying Peridot. The Gems gathered on the warp pad, and warped into a relatively dark room, most likely underground.

"Alright, alright! everyone calm down!" Sunny reassured over the crowd of Dragons in front of her. Her voice didn't come through very well, luckily Tsunami was right outside. Sunny peeked her head through the room. "*Ahem* Tsunami, I could use your help."

Tsunami rolled her eyes. "Alright." She grunted. Tsunami walked into the room. "EVERYONE QUIET NOW AND LISTEN TO SUNNY" Tsunami boomed. The silver winglet and the quartz winglet immediately stopped chatting.

"Thank you so very much!" Sunny cheered, as Tsunami left the room. "As we remember from last time..." Sunny had began, but Tsunami had closed the door, blocking out the noise. Tsunami leaned against the wall. She really couldn't think of something to do.

"There has to be somethi--" Tsunami started, before she noticed four scavengers, sneaking through the hall. One was white, another was red, the next looked normal, but the last two were green and purple?

"What in three moons." Tsunami muttered. She checked herself for any objects on her she didn't recognize, just in case there was no crazy animus magic happening. Whether she was lucky or not, there was nothing unusual on her or in her ears.

Garnet checked to see if the next passageway over was safe to hurry through. Unlike the other passageways they'd gone through, this one was decorated with orbs that appeared to be painted with color and producing light. "Clear!" Garnet called. Everyone dashed through the passage.

"Those are some big doors!" Steven pointed out.

"Well, now there wouldn't be anything that big must just be decor--- WHAT IS THAT!?" Pearl suddenly shouted. Out from one of the doors, a giant black creature stepped out, then a green one, then a yellow one with a large scorpion tail, then a white one, then a smaller yellow one.

"OH MY STARS!" Peridot shrieked "We are on a world with dragons!" Steven cheered.

"Hey, I'm just saying!" Qibli argued. "Bandit could be anywhere, and I'm not sure if he's going to want to be my pet again." Winter advised. Qibli shrugged. Moon, Kinkajuo, and Turtle began to laugh. "I'm sure that scavenger knows you miss it." Qibli said, again. "Before we begin this argument over again, I'm going to get Peril." Turtle informed. "Alright!" Moon cheered, "Please remember that we'll be... wait..." Moon suddenly lifted her head. She stared behind her. "What do you hear?" Winter asked. Moon walked over to the corner of the hallway. "Scavengers." Moon whispered.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Garnet put her hand over Peridot's mouth, as Pearl did to Steven. "We're not getting out of here without being seen." Garnet informed the rest of the Crystal gems. "THMM WMMM DO WM DO?" Peridot yelled, with Garnet's hand still over her mouth. "Run." Garnet answered, just as the black dragon looked into the hallway. Garnet lifted both Steven and Peridot, and ran in the opposite direction of the dragon. Pearl and Amethyst followed. "We need to find the gem monster and get out of here!" Pearl explained. "Before Steven gets eaten!"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Turtle really didn't know much about scavengers, until he met Bandit, Winter's pet scavenger, until he let the scavenger go after Icicle threatened Starflight's life. Now there were four-- no five scavengers inside jade mountain. "Shouldn't we get them?" Turtle suggested. "I mean-- we probably should, but these scavengers don't have weapons, so..." Qibli answered, just when the white scavenger's head began to glow, as it pulled out a tiny sword-like thing. "Can scavengers even do that!?" Qibli asked Turtle. "I wouldn't think so." Turtle answered. Moon, Qibli, and Turtle retreated to behind the nearest wall, just as the scavenger threw the blade. The blade pierced the wall. "I dunno, maybe we should tell Clay or Sunny... Or maybe even--"

"I GOT YOU!" Tsunami roared from the hallway. "Or Tsunami! Nailed that timing!" Kinkajuo finished.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"THIS IS IT!" Peridot cried, "WE'RE GOING TO GET SHATTERED!"

"Oh, your right!" Pearl sighed "We really are about to get shattered."

"Maybe not." Garnet said. "Amethyst! Turn into a dragon!"

There was a moment of silence before Peridot yelled, "WAIT WON'T SHE SQUISH US! She should turn into something big enough to release us!"

"Aww... But that's boring!" Steven complained.

"I've gotta agree with Steven, that's too boring." Amethyst began. "IT'S DRAGON TIME!" Amethyst began to glow, as her body began to change shape. Right as Amethyst was big enough that the dragon couldn't hold the gems, Garnet grabbed Pearl, Steven, and Peridot; pushed off the dragon's talon; and plummeted towards the ground. Amethyst grew and grew, until she was a dragon, but the dragon in front of her just simply stood there, gaping. "What the..." The dragon in front of Amethyst gasped.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Moon was gaping, like Tsunami. "What!?" Qibli asked. "What is it?" Moon peeked out of the hall. "The-the-the purple scavenger- it turned into a dragon!" Moon stuttered "Impossible!" Winter denied from across the hall. "Look for yourself!" Moon said. Winter rolled his eyes and peeked through the hall, almost immediately he hurried back. "How is that possible!"

"I don't know!"

"Maybe it is an animus enchantment." Qibli suggested. They all looked at Turtle. "I wouldn't know! I've only enchanted a few things!" Turtle responded. "Aww! Come on!" The scavenger-dragon sighed, "I was hoping for a fight!"
