Appearance[]
Alex is a small and petite dragon with sharp facial features, similar to his mother, Loki. He also has the same sly grin as the animus dragon. His eyes are completely different colors with one dark drown, and one pale amber. His horns are dark at the tips but dyed green and match his scales. Alex's scales are flashy and flamboyant, with colors that are primarily pink and green.

Personality[]
Alex can often act differently from one moment to the next without showing any particular motivation. Similarly, her feelings towards someone can also change equally as fast. She will often tease her friends and make fun of them. However, Alex shows empathy sometimes, and truly cares about her friends and takes great risks for them. She has minor anger issues, and tends to throw things when mad. Alex almost never talks about her past, and tends to hide her feelings from people. But she does like to flaunt her weirdness, and hates when people don't accept her for her gender identity. She loves change and is proud of her shapeshifting powers.

History[]
Alex's family is very powerful, and he lived in a three story mansion in the Sand Kingdom, but despite this he was bullied in school for both his RainWing heritage and gender identity. He was very close to his Abuelo, who taught him pottery. His abuelo also taught him about old SandWing myths and legends and how his family had been making pottery since before the Scorching. He also supported Alex's gender fluidity and honored it, but Alex's father resented this. His father also had a pottery buisness, but Alex hated it since the pots were made by machines and not people. When Alex was fourteen, he became homeless when his father kicked him out, saying he just wanted him to be normal. He died two years later, protecting a man from attacking wolves. The man refused to help him fight, resulting Alex's death. He was chosen by a Valkyrie who happened to be his half-sister, Samirah, to become an Enherji. Alex hated this, and was very hostile- fearing that becoming an Enherji would restrict him to only one gender.

Magnus Chase[]
When Alex and Magnus first met, Alex (in cheetah form) accidentally ran over his feet, and when the officially met (in human form) Magnus was initially confused when he found out that she was genderfluid. Later that day Alex decapitated Magnus to save him from Loki. Magnus was resurrected a few hours later, as always. Magnus has a crush on Alex throughout their quest to find Thor's hammer, but refuses to admit it. Throughout their journey the two grow very close.
On the quest to find Loki's toenail ship and stop Ragnarok, they spend most of their time training with Percy and Annabeth, with Alex teasing Magnus mercilessly. They continue their adventure by fighting wolves and drinking guava juice together.
While on the Big Banana, the two flirt a lot, and Alex kisses Magnus when they go to Niflheim, saying she wanted to do that before they died. When Magnus battles Loki in a flyting, Magnus says that Alex was the best thing that ever happened to him.
Abuelo Fierro[]
Alex's abuelo was a sculptor who accepted Alex's genderfluid identity. He taught Alex pottery and would let Alex stay for the night when things were bad a home. Sadly, he died before Alex turned 6.
