Aleutia is an adult female SeaWing that is currently trapped in the Deephalls, a world created by Animus Queen Pearl using Aleutia's own eye. Formerly, she was a member of Queen Pearl's court, a noble and a close friend of the queen. The changed happened due to Pearl's jealousy when Aleutia began dating a NightWing that Pearl planned to marry.
Pearl created the DeepHalls out of a strange portal she found in a temple deep in the ocean. Enchanting Aleutia's stolen eye, she places it into the portal frame and alters the path of the portal. The result was a land somewhere between this one and the Far. Animus has limits in touching these other worlds. All Pearl was really able to enchant was the eye, not the portal.
She is also the author of "DEEP SEA: A Guide to the SeaWings' Creations", which is written entirely in aquatic script.
