Acadian is not a pretty SilkWing. His scales are dull - shades of grey mixed with occasional blue tints, and the patterns on his back are white. His wings are pink-ish grey and have large orange and red spots at the edge, nothing particularly special. The SilkWing's eyes, however, are a combination of pink, blue purple, red and yellow, seemingly hypnotizing any dragon who stares into them for long enough.

Acadian thinks in shades of grey, often having trouble differentiating right from wrong and vice a versa. He is a pessimist and always conjures up the worst-case scenario when something doesn't go according to plan, a trait that most others find incredibly annoying. While primarily a silent observer, Acadian will, at times, share his opinions and ideas - if others are willing to listen. He has a fixed view on the world, viewing it as a place that must be endured until 'luck' find you and gives you a reason to live, or till death.
Acadian often questions the mindset of other dragons, wondering why dragons chose to 'believe' in things rather than focus on what is right in front of them. He has no opinion on most dragons and things, and prefers it that way.
Agrippa
Agrippa is Acadian's mother, and only living family. At 3 years old, she was taken away to serve as Queen Wasp's servant and her whereabouts have been unknown since then. While still with him, Agrippa cared deeply for her son, wanting to provide the best possible environment for him. She was kind yet firm, and wanted him to develop a strong sense of right and wrong at the young age so that he could grow and understand the problems of the hives. She was formerly a member of the Hornet Hive Chrysalis, but left the group upon realizing that it meant jeopardizing her son's safety.
Upon receiving news about Acadian's imprisonment in the flamesilk cavern, Agrippa did her best to conceal her burning hatred for Wasp and the rest of the HiveWing tribe. She often considered flying out of Wasp Hive, taking her son and fleeing with him, perhaps to another place, another island, if she could find one.
Pharaoh
Pharaoh is Acadian's first friend. He is a HiveWing guard working in the flamesilk cavern who dreams of a world where the HiveWings and SilkWings are free of Wasp's control. Upon first seeing Acadian, Pharaoh attempted to strike up a conversation but quickly decided against it, noticing Acadian's irritated face. After multiple forced interactions, they began talking to each other, mostly with Acadian listening and Pharaoh speaking. He told him his plans to escape and find the Distant Kingdoms and wanted Acadian to accompany him, to which the SilkWing said no, not wanting to risk an unneeded encounter with Queen Wasp.
Acadian hatched in Hornet Hive to Agrippa and an unknown SilkWing. When he was 3, his mother left him in order to work as a servant for Queen Wasp and he didn't see her since. He attended school until his metamorphosis, upon which he was taken to work in the flamesilk factory.
After working there for 3 years, Acadian met a HiveWing by the name of Pharaoh.
Acaidan's eyes are slightly heterochromatic.
