World Description[]
This Fanfic is in an AU where most of the tribes have merged to become a single tribe and dragon society has become more sophisticated (think 18th century). The RainWings and NightWings have become the ReignWings. The IceWings, SandWings and SkyWings have merged to be the RegalWings. The SeaWings as MudWings combined to be the QueenWings, and the rest of the tribes (Hive, Leaf and Silk) are now MonarchWings. There is a another tribe, that is lesser seen as they were considered evil and therefore mass exterminate. Like the NightWings before the volcano erupted. They are the PlagueWings… there also seems to be some kind of tribe the ruling group is also hiding- the RouselWings, who although cannot help with the devastated government, know the full truth.
The current Crowning tribe is the ReignWings tribe. A Crowning tribe is a tribe that is the highest ranked. Every ten years, a great duel (the best knights and soldiers are sent to fight. Each tribe can send 5 dragons for their “army”) is held to determine the next Crowning tribe. The Crowning tribe gets many benefits, like treasure from other kingdoms and resources like hunting grounds and lakes (they do not get to control other tribes, although this has happened before). However, the Crowning tribe is in constant danger of being raided as they are currently the richest and most powerful tribe.
There is some machinery like stopwatches and steam engines, but no computers or cell phones.
Pantala and Phyrria have merged together as well, to form a continent called Phytala.
The old tribes (when they were still separated) are still mentioned as legends and history.

Story[]
The main protagonist is a dragon in a royal family. Their family (ruling family) is being unfair to everyone else in the society except for the royals. They are also hiding the PlagueWings because the PlagueWings can help the commoners rebel as they have powerful magic. (the ruling group does not treat the commoners well but the commoners cannot do anything about it, as they do not have any help. The protagonist realises this during a trip to the main town of the kingdom where he meets a PlagueWing on a mission that is trying to help the commoners. The PlagueWing tells the protagonist how the commoners are suffering of poverty and starvation etc, and the protagonist decides to help.

Part1:

Places: Palace, main: Climax (main event): AN EMERGENCY HAPPENS IN TOWN!!! the royals rush over because they are paranoid of a protest happening. The protest will be informed to the other kingdoms by spies. Once the kingdoms know, they might start a war to claim the title of Crowning tribe. Of course, the ReignWings don’t want that to happen.
Note: story is a very very rough draft and I may need help on the main plot.
