Alright let's do this one more time. I am completely rewriting the entire plot because I have no idea. There is no prologue. Chapter 1 takes place 7 years after Flames of Hope, also some other stuff. Sooooooo, basically a tribe of spider dragons took over Pantala and a prophecy.

5 years after the queen of fright

7 dragonets will end the plight

Over the course of septuple days

From a very frigid place

A IceWing egg from the sky

A MudWing egg from mountain high

A SeaWing egg of a bright hue

A SkyWing egg from the great blue

A SandWing egg misplaced from a blight

A princess born of Rain and Night

And finally, the living plant

Chapter 1[]

Mango woke up in a icy cave, in a pile with the other dragonets of the prophecy. He could barely see from under the others, and he felt very cold and very warm in two different places, from where Queen Snowfall's daughter, Glacier, and Desert were. The NightWing dragonet, Prestige was curled up next to him, and her purple eyes were staring at him. "Mango," she whispered, "Come on, we have to get breakfast before the other dragonets." They both squeezed out, and the MudWing, Muck, stirred in his sleep and let out a grunt, but he stayed asleep. They snuck over to their SkyWing guardian, Sky (hmmmm prophecy) and Wren, a scavenger were asleep. They slinked towards a pile of fruit that was next to them, and took a fruit out. Wren woke up suddenly and stared at them. "What are you doing?" she asked them. Mango camouflaged himself and ran away. "Hey, don't leave me here!" she yelled at him. Muck bolted upright and the other dragonets toppled down. "What happened?" he asked. Mango reappeared and slowly ate his papaya. Glacier turned towards Mango and glared. "What did you do?" Mango glanced around the room. "Food?" he answered. Desert looked at Sky. "We get food?" Sky grinned. "Yup!" he said cheerfully. Their MudWing guardian, Caiman, came into the room. "Sky?" she asked. "Did you decide to randomly give them food again?" Sky gained a perplexed look on their face. "Ummmm, no?" She sighed.

Chapter 2[]

What, why'd the chapter end like that? One afternoon the entrance to the cave slid open, and a regal dragon stepped in. "Dragonets?" she asked. The dragonets bolted in front of her and ended up as a sloppy group, with the RainWings at the very back. "Alright, line up," she snapped, "I need to see each and every one of you." Sky came into the room and she smiled. (I didn't know how to word that) He grinned. "Hi Snowfall!" he said. "Hi," she answered back. "So it's around time for you to fulfill the prophecy." She glanced over them and said their names. "Glacier, Muck, Desert, Tidepool, Gust, Prestige, and Mango." She walked out the door. "I'd better see you in shape by tomorrow."

Chapter 3[]

Nighttime. Glacier woke them all up the next night. "Wake up, I have a plan." They all got up quickly. "What is it? Where are we going?" Mango asked. Glacier sighed. "We're going to fly up the hole where the moons poke through and escape, so, ready?" "Ready," the rest of the dragonets said in unison. She led them over to the hole and flew up in and squeezed through. "Alright, follow me." Mango came out after her and she lifted him through. (Mango might be below-average in size. MIGHT) The rest of them followed. Desert shivered. "W-why is it so c-c-cold out here." The SeaWing, Tidepool, looked at him questioningly. "Did you pay attention to the prophecy? We're obviously in the Ice Kingdom." Desert looked down at his talons. "Oh." Mango spotted a dagger stabbed into-and made out of-the ice. "I'll juuuust," Mango thought, "Take these."

Chapter 4[]

They flew for days, until they finally found a hut on the coast of the wasteland between the Sand Kingdom and the Ice Kingdom. They landed on the beach, and laid down to rest. "Where are we?" Mango asked. Glacier glared at him. "I don't know." A SandWing came out of the hut, saw them, and sighed. "Great," she said, "More dragons." Gust walked up to her. "Who are you?" she said timidly. "My name is Jerboa II," she answered, "Would you like to come into my hut?" Glacier sighed regretfully. "Sure." Jerboa walked to her hut with the dragonets following. She walked unnaturally, like she was secretly in pain. (Why are my chapters so short? It didn't use to be like this.)

Chapter 5[]

Mango woke up in the middle of the night and decided to wander around. "This place seems so... wrong," he thought. She stumbled upon a scroll laying on a shelf. He took it and read it. It had writing on it. "Jerboa?" he read. "Trapped?" Mango turned a pale green. "Oh no, Jerboa's evil." He took the scroll walked back to where he slept, and waited till morning.

Chapter 6[]

The next day the dragonets went on their way to Queen Thorn's Palace stopping only to get water and food from oases. They stopped at the gates of the palace and two SandWings were guarding it. "Stop!" one of them yelled at them. Glacier snarled. "Let us in." Mango pushed in front of them and made a serious face. "We demand an audience with the queen," he said, authoritative-like. The other SandWing guard nudged the first with his elbow. "Maybe we should let them through?" The first guard sighed. "Sure." They strolled through the halls until they reached the throne room, and a NightWing with silver teardrop scales near her eyes and a scarred, freckled SandWIng were talking who they assumed to be Queen Thorn. The queen stared at them at raised her eyebrow. "Well?"
