The wind was howling loudly, Blaze looked towards the sea, memories cascading through her mind like small waterfalls.
She remembered finding her first seashell on that beach. She remembered laying on the rocks as she soaked up the sunlight. she remembered...
"Blaaaaaaaaaaaaaze!!!" shouted a voice, breaking her thoughts, it was Ash.
"Coming!" she said.
Things had been difficult between the to of them since Blaze had moved to Sunset Academy, while Ash was still at Spark High. Ash always tried his hardest, but even as the queens grandson, he still wasn't able to get in.
"Come swimming with me!" said Ash, pointing to the ocean with his tail, Blaze adored the way the sun shone through the webs on his tail.
They swam and swam until one of them, Blaze, remembered dinner.
Every dinner the royal family had was full of judgement in some way, as the granddaughter of the queen, Blaze must be responsible, and follow every rule, and be as boring as dragonly possible.
Her brother, however, basically did whatever he wanted, since he couldn't challenge the queen anyway.
After dinner Blaze was feeling empty like a ocean with no water. At dinner, Queen Bonfire had "exciting" news, Ash was going on his first mission.
Ash had been training for this since he was two, he was eventually going to the top assassin.
Even though she was happy for him, Blaze still scared of what might happen to him, he was being sent tomorrow mourning to kill lady Bloodworm.
Blaze had heard rumors about this cruel hivewing. She was horrid and viscous, and needed to die for what she did to so many Sunwings.
That mourning, an hour after Ash had left for Bloodworm hive, something appeared in The Book of Clearsight, a book that was animus touched. It was given to the Sunwings by Clearsight to thank them for saving her life.
