Caged (formerly Osprey) is a female MortarWing who currently lives in Arachnid Nursing Home in Roach Ban. She previously lived in Silver Ban before she was taken in by an orphanage in Birch Ban and later transferred to a nursing home at the age of 60. Her parents are Antler and Peryton.
Description[]
Caged has a grey body, with slightly feathered wings and becoming darker, almost black at her tail, wingtips and limbs. Her horns slant downwards like a RainWing's, and they loop around her neck, encasing it in pure horn material, thus earning the nickname "caged". Her fur is grey on the upper half, while white on the lower half. She is skinny, thin, and her limbs are slightly tall. She is sluggish and tired-looking, with a voice very raspy due to her horns squeezing her neck and vocal chords. Her horns are a dark grey, and she has bright white teeth, since she never ate after becoming 7. Her horns, as said before, spiral around her neck and the mirages of her upper chest, making her unable to eat, and feeds through a metal tube attached to her stomach. She almost never speaks, and when she does, she sounds like Queen BattleWinner, but a little less raspy.

Caged has a gruff, rude, angry attitude, similar to that of Lady Scarab's. She is often seen bossing around, and doesnt dare move from a spot when she picks one. She can be stubborn, and hates the pressure of rules. She gives good advice at times, and enjoys company. She can be mocking and daring, and engages in gossip with other MortarWings at the nursing home. She is usually seen severely depressed.
Oftentimes, she throws fits and gets angry if someone annoys her or doesnt do what she wants. She often has an effect of peer pressure on those she hates and are small enough to pick on. She has lost her only hope in life, and the will to live of hers is clinging on by a thread.

Antler[]
Her mother, Antler, was an animus, and didnt show her power unlike other animus MortarWings. She enchanted her daughter's horns to loop around her neck after the age of 7 for an unknown reason. Antler acted rude and harsh to young Caged (which we will refer to Osprey in this passage since that was her old name.) often. Antler came out to Osprey that she had enchanted her horns to trap her neck and form a "cage" around it when her horns were growing noticeably closer to her neck and was starting to curve. Since then, she fled to an orphanage in Birch Ban before moving bans again, this time permanently in Roach Ban. She daydreams of taking away everything her mother loved from her.

Osprey had always loved her father, as he oftentimes made jokes and funny ideas with her. He steered clear from Antler, as they were now divorced. He always took her to markets in Silver Ban and was devastated when his own daughter fled to an orphanage in Birch Ban. He is currently married to Piebald, a female MortarWing. Osprey also liked Piebald, before she was split up and taken in by her mother, Antler. Since then, Osprey has missed her father and dreams about having those good old times with him back in the old days when everything used to be happy-go-lucky and also reused her dad's puns and dad jokes.
Reindeer[]
Osprey had a good relationship with her little brother, often teasing him at times. He was born 12 years after she was. Currently, Reindeer is 95 years old and has a family of 3 generations. Often, her visits Osprey and still refers to her as her old name, which sometimes makes her smile. Reindeer was named since his nose was a purple-red dark color, and Osprey said he was about as smart as an actual reindeer in joking manners. Osprey has many nieces and grandnieces.
Osprey often has her day made when Reindeer vists her. She sometimes pours him tea, which she cant drink, and makes him cookies, which she also cant consume. Osprey thinks Reindeer's grandnieces and grandnephews are a little annoying.
Harmony[]
Osprey cared a lot for Harmony. Harmony had always made her lunch and played toys with her whenever she was sad as a little fledgeling. She had also taught her how to fly and loved her dearly. Harmony was 7 years older than her little sister, and dubbed Osprey as "fat bird". Harmony was there with Osprey when the brightest night occurred in over a century. Harmony is still alive today, but is helped around since her 2 back legs no longer work from a dragonflame explosion. Osprey often buys Harmony new fake teeth, and always cares for her. Harmony still visits Osprey. She has children and grandchildren, which Osprey described as less annoying than Reindeer's, since they were more well behaved and good-mannered.

- Caged says when she coughs or sneezes, her chest bangs painfully against her trapping horns and prefers to hold it in.
- Caged has an earring shaped like a cage on her right ear, which inside it is a piece of gold-studded jade.
- When she eats her least favorite foods, she has no reaction unlike when she was in her first 7 years, since she can no longer taste food.
- These foods include brusselsprout, beetroot and spinach.
- She loves cats, and owns at least 20 of them to keep her company.
- She has 12 nephews, 7 grandnephews, 5 nieces and 10 grandnieces.
- 6 of her nephews and 2 of her nieces belong to Harmony, as well as 4 grandnieces and 3 grandnephews. (total 15)
- The other 6 of her nephews, 3 of her nieces, 6 of her grandnieces and 4 of her grandnephews belong to Reindeer. (total 19)
- Caged has miserable days, but sometimes they can be happier than usual.
- She can drink only one liquid, lemon tea, which is her favorite type of tea.
- She hates geese and swans, because:
- One of her grandnieces and one of her nephews are named 'Swan' and 'Geese' respectively, which are VERY annoying according to her.
- They are aggressive, rude, and dont even match their calm aura.
- One of her claws were bit off by a swan. (dont worry shes fine)
