as for the statbars, it depends on the code that lines them up like that, but it probably depends on the screen width, or due to the fact that the infobox is pushing it to the side.

lastly, for the border, your code would be:

border:color type SIZEpx;

if i wanted a solid thick blue border, i would fill it in like this:

border:blue solid 7px;

you can change the stats to change the border. you can change the width, and there are different types of borders, like double, dotted, and dashed.
