Hello, and welcome back to another month of September! The most notable part of it is the Vernal Equinox which marks the start of spring (or fall if you’re in the Northern Hemisphere). Other than that, nothing really happens, there's a few isolated celebrations like the International Day of Peace, and Michaelmas (an ancient Celtic celebration). So because of this, I’d like to introduce you all to our themes; Equilibrium and Vacant.
Feel free to interpret these however you like!

Rules:
No gore or NSFW; Cuts, scars, bruises, and a bit of blood is alright. Bones are allowed but no flesh can be attached to them.
No bases, the drawing must be made by you. However, bases made by yourself are fine.
Accessories are allowed.
Your design must include at least the dragons head and neck.
Your design cannot be a combination of more than four tribes.
All fanon tribes are allowed.
First place winner gets to host the next colour palette contest, the October Palette Contest.
Winners must go to the walls of the people who offered prizes, they won’t come to you.
